This is the first year Washington State has completed the Relative Rate Index—data provided should be considered preliminary and may not be complete. The state has identified inconsistencies in race/ethnicity categories and definitions at various stages of the system (differences at the federal, state, and local levels), along with inconsistent reporting by individual agencies.
